6. Descrierea produselor pe site

(1) Descrierea si fotografiile de prezentare a produselor, publicate pe site, sunt cu titlu informativ, nu constituie clauze contractuale iar produsele livrate pot diferi de imaginile prezentate in orice mod (culoare, accesorii, aspect, finisaj, etc.). In imaginile produselor si/sau serviciilor, GlassIdeas poate utiliza si alte produse, accesorii, etc. care nu sunt incluse in preturile produselor respective si implicit nu vor fi livrate Clientului. Listarea este realizata pentru 1 singur produs sau serviciu (cel descris in respectiva listare) daca nu este precizat contrariul.

(2) Pro Ideas Trade SRL depune toate eforturile pentru a va prezenta cu maxima corectitudine, cat mai real posibil culorile si descrierea produselor (caracteristici, informatii referitoare la dimensiuni, forma, textura, etc). Totusi, datorita volumului mare de date pot aparea inadvertente in cadrul informatiilor referitoare la produs(e). De asemenea, datorita limitarilor inerente ale display-ului diferitelor dispozitive (desktop, laptop, telefon, tableta) cat si a caracteristicilor anumitor materiale, culorile pe care le vedeti pe displayul dispozitivului dumneavoastra pot fi diferite de culorile reale ale produselor.  Odata cu plasarea comenzii pe site-ul nostru, Clientul consimte ca aceste diferente sunt independente de vointa GlassIdeas si ca este de acord cu aceste aspecte si cu faptul ca aceste aspecte/variatii nu pot fi considerate defecte sau neconformitati ale producului, ca urmare aceste aspecte   nu pot constitui motiv de returnare a produselor si/sau anularea comenzii si/sau revendicare a garantiei.

(3) Daca dumneavoastra apreciati faptul ca aveti nevoie de mai multe detalii referitor la un anumit produs si/sau serviciu, va rugam ca inainte de plasarea comenzii, sa ne adresati intrebarile specifice.

  7. Preturi. Promotii, cupoane, discounturi, oferte speciale

(1)  Preturile produselor si/sau serviciilor afisate in acest magazin online sunt exprimate in RON (lei) sau dolari SUA sau moneda europeana EURO, dupa caz si includ TVA (19%). Preturile includ  taxa de timbru verde (doar in cazul produselor electrice si electronice). Preturile produselor si/sau serviciilor nu includ taxele de transport intern si international si nici taxele vamale, de import acolo unde este cazul.

 (2) Valoarea totala platita pentru comanda plasata de Client/Utilizator va contine valoarea totala a produselor comandate cat si contravaloarea serviciilor de transport, evidentiate separat pe formularul de comanda cat si pe factura corespunzatoare. Detalii despre livrare pot fi gasite la cap. 6 al prezentului Document.

(3) Pentru comenzile lansate de Clientul/Utilizatorul rezident din Romania, facturile vor fi emise in RON (cursul de schimb valutar aplicat de Pro Ideas Trade SRL este de 1Euro= 4,5 lei).  In cazul in care Clientul este o persoana sau entitate straina, facturile vor fi emise in dolari SUA sau moneda europeana EURO, dupa caz.

 (4) Toate promotiile, reducerile de pret, codurile de reducere, discounturile prezente in magazinul online de pe acest website sunt valabile in limita stocului disponibil si/sau numa in perioade de limutate de timp, de regula mentionate. timpi intr-un interval de timp limitat. Pretul produselor/serviciilor este cel din momentul emiterii comenzii, in limita stocului disponibil si/sau al perioadei promotionale si conform dispozitiilor alin (5)  din prezentul paragraf.

 (5) Pentru a fi aplicabil, pretul produsului si/sau serviciului trebuie  sa fie serios si sincer.  In cazul în care unul dintre produsele si/sau serviciile noastre este listat la un pret incorect din cauza unei erori tipografice sau de sistem, Pro Ideas Trade SRL isi cere scuze pentru neplaceri si are dreptul de a refuza sau de a anula orice comenzi plasate pentru produsele/serviciile listate la pretul incorect. Daca descoperim o eroare in pretul produselor si/sau serviciilor pe care orice le-ati comandat va vom informa despre acest lucru cat mai curand posibil, existand astfel posibilitatea de a reconfirma comanda la pretul corect sau de o anula. Dacă nu putem sa va contactam, vom anula comanda in mod automat si in cazul in care s-a realizat plata in avans, veți primi o rambursare completă a platii efectuate de dumneavoastra.

(6)  Pretul de achizitie al produselor si/sau serviciilor dintr-un contract onorat nu se poate modifica, chiar daca ulterior plasarii unei comenzi produsul/serviciul beneficiaza de pret redus sau se majoreaza pretul.

(7) Preturile produselor si/sau serviciilor afisate pe Site pot fi modificat, in orice moment, fara notificare prealabila, in conformitate cu limita stocului disponibil (daca este aplicabil) si cu preturile transmise de catre furnizori.

(8) GlassIdeas nu este responsabil pentru nici un fel de costuri suplimentare  pe care Clientul/Utilizatorul le va suporta pentru serviciile prestate, inclusiv dar nelimitandu-se la: comisioane pentru taxele de conversie sau de transfer monetar aplicate de catre banca Clientului/Utilizatorului, PayPal sau orice alt procesator de plati utilizat pentru efectuarea transferurilor de plata.

 (9) Taxa pe valoare adaugata. In cazul in care Produsele care fac obiectul livrarii sunt scutite de TVA datorita naturii intracomunitare a livrarii, in conformitate cu normele si reglementarile in vigoare, Vanzatorul va acorda scutirea de TVA cu conditia sa ii fie furnizate de catre Client (acestea trebuie sa fie persoana juridica) dovada faptului ca acesta este o persoana impozabila in scopuri de TVA si faptul ca aceasta va contabiliza produsele livrate Pro Ideas Trade SRL conform procedurii de taxare inversa. Livram doar la adresa la care este inregistrata compania.

Pentru verificarea valabilitatii unui numar de inregistrare pentru TVA, se poate utiliza link-ul http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/

TVA pentru livrare extracomunitara. In cazul in care Produsele si/sau serviciile care fac obiectul livrarii sunt livrate extracomunitar, nu se va aplica TVA pentru respectiva vanzare si Clientul/Cumparatorul va fi responsabil de declararea TVA  si  plata TVA in tara de destinatie.

 (10) Taxe si impozite. In cazul in care comandati produse/servicii GlassIdeas pentru livrare in afara Romaniei sau in anumite zone ale Uniunii Europene sau in afara UE, acestea pot fi supuse impozitelor/taxelor de import si taxelor vamale percepute in functie de destinatia specifica. Aceste taxe nu sunt incluse in pretul produselor/serviciilor sau in costul transportului. Dumneavoastra sunteti responsabil pentru plata unor astfel de taxe si impozite. Pro Ideas Trade SRL nu este responsabila pentru nici un fel de taxe de import/vamale aplicabile in tara dumneavoastra. Va rugam sa retineti ca nu avem nici un control asupra acestor cheltuieli si nu putem anticipa valoarea acestora. Va rugam ca, inainte de a lansa o Comanda, sa contactati biroul vamal local in tara dvs. de resedinta, pentru a mai multe informatii si pentru a determina valoarea acestor costuri suplimentare. 

 8.Comanda online a produselor GlassIdeas

(1) Pentru a plasa o comanda, Clientul/Utilizatorul trebuie sa aiba varsta de cel putin 18 ani, sa aiba un numar de telefon si o adresa de email, ambele valabile, la care sa poata fi contactat; sa completeze formularul de comanda dupa ce s-a logat in contul sau personal creat pe acest website. Prin plasarea unei comenzi, Clientul/Utilizatorul recunoaste in mod explicit faptul ca a citit, a inteles si este de acord cu toate prevederile Documentului, ca accepta preturile produselor cat si costurile de transport, ca va realiza plata contravalorii comenzii in conformitate cu metoda de plata selectata. Clientul/Utilizatorul va verifica, inainte de a plasa o Comanda urmatoarele, nelimitandu-se la: descrierea, caracteristicile, pretul si cantitatea produselor/serviciilor comandate, termen de livrare estimat, modalitatea de livrare/plata acceptata.

(2) Prin finalizarea Comenzii, Clientul/Utilizatorul consimte ca toate informatiile furnizate de acesta, necesare  procesului de cumparare, in formularul de comanda, sunt corecte, complete, actuale si adevarate la data plasarii comenzii, denumita in cadrul acestui document "Comanda emisa". Pro Ideas Trade SRL va emite un numar de identificare al Comenzii, transmis prin email; va rugam sa aveti in vedere faptul ca acest numar de identificare al comenzii nu constituie acceptul Comenzii lansate. Inainte de a onora comanda ne rezervam dreptul de a contacta Clientul/Utilizatorul in scopul confirmarii comenzii sale. GlassIdeas va raspunde Clientului/Utilizatorului, prin email sau telefonic, in termen de maximum 48 de ore de la lansarea Comenzii sale pe Site (cu exceptia comenzilor lansate in zilele de sambata, duminica sau zile de sarbatoare legala, cand termenul curge de la prima zi lucratoare care urmeaza zilei in care s-a plasat Comanda), putand, dupa caz: sa confirme Comanda, transmitand si factura proforma corespunzatoare, daca este cazul; sa nu o accepte; sa o accepte cu modificari/clarificari referitoare la obiectul acesteia. Clientul/Utilizatorul are obligatia de a confirma, in scris pentru situatia in care Comanda contine produse/servicii realizate la Comanda sau telefonic pentru celelalte produse/servicii, in termen de maxim 48 de ore de la receptionarea acestei comunicari, primirea acestei  confirmari a comenzii (integrala sau modificata) din partea Pro Ideas Trade SRL si, daca este cazul,  de a efectua plata integrala a produselor si/sau serviciilor comandate, in baza facturii proforme emise si transmise de catre Pro Ideas Trade SRL. In cazul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul nu confirma in aceasta perioada de timp si, dupa caz, nu realizeaza plata contravalorii comenzii, Pro Ideas Trade SRL are dreptul sa stearga comanda astfel plasata. Din momentul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul confirma contravaloarea comenzii efectuate sau in care GlassIdeas informeaza Clientul/Utilizatorul cu privire la comanda sa confirmata si, dupa caz, Clientul/Utilizatorul a efectuat plata integrala conform facturii proforma transmise, comanda acestuia devine Contract la Distanta incheiat intre Client/Utilizator si Pro Ideas Trade SRL, aplicandu-se astfel definitiile cuprinse in O.G. 130/2000 art. 2, denumit in cuprinsul acestui document Contract, la care se anexeaza, dar nelimitandu-se, toate prevederile prezentelor Termeni si Conditii.

(3) Pro Ideas Trade SRL nu considera in nici un moment o Comanda neconfirmata ca avand valoare unui Contract.

(4) Prin lansarea unei Comenzi/ solicitarea unei oferte/solicitarea de informatii/utilizarea formularului de contact sau a Serviciului pe Site, Clientul/Utilizatorul este de acord cu forma de comunicare (telefonic sau email sau fax sau SMS) prin care Pro Ideas Trade SRL isi deruleaza operatiunile pe Site. Clientul/Utilizatorul consimte ca Pro Ideas Trade SRL poate sa il contacteze, prin email sau telefon sau fax, in orice situatie in care este necesara contactarea Clientului (de ex. dar nelimitandu-se la: (i) validarea disponibilitatii produselor, a preturilor si a cantitatilor achizitionate de Client; (ii) stabilirea de comun acord a detaliilor  referitoare la timpul de livrare a produselor; (iii) informarea Clientului cu privire la stadiul livrarii produselor, la conditiile de plata, precum si cu privire la orice probleme care se pot ivi pe parcursul derularii raporturilor contractuale derulate in baza respectivei comenzi; (iv) confirmarea comenzii emise inainte de onorarea acesteia cat si a adresei de livrare a comenzii.

(5) GlassIdeas poate denunta unilateral comanda efectuata de catre Client/Utilizator  sau o parte din ea, in urma unei notificari prealabile trimise prin email sau telefon, adresate Clientului/Utilizatorului, fara nici o obligatie ulterioara a vreunei parti fata de cealalta sau fara ca vreo parte sa poata sa pretinda celeilalte daune-interese in afara rambursarii sumei corespunzatoare platite pentru respectiva comanda, in urmatoarele cazuri (nelimitative):  (a) datele furnizate de catre Client, pe site sau in cuprinsul comenzii, sunt incomplete sau incorecte; (b) activitatea Clientului pe site poate si/sau produce daune de orice natura GlassIdeas si/sau partenerilor acestuia; (c) nu exista produsele pe stoc sau nu se mai regasesc in oferta curenta a GlassIdeas; (d) plata nu este finalizata; (e) exista una sau mai multe comenzi confirmate si neridicate; (f) neacceptarea de catre banca emitenta a cardului Clientului, a tranzactiei sau invalidarea tranzactiei de catre procesatorul de carduri agreat de GlassIdeas – in cazul platilor online; (g) nu a fost realizata plata prin transfer bancar in termenul de 4 zile lucratoare de la confirmarea comenzii, respectiv de la data emiterii facturii proforma – daca este aplicabil; (h) pentru alte motive obiective sau in cazul in care intervin alte situatii in afara controlului nostru, care impiedica GlassIdeas sa onoreze comanda.

(6) In cazul putin probabil cand GlassIdeas nu va putea onora o parte din produsele comandate de catre Client/Utilizator, acesta va notifica pe e-mail Clientul/Utilizatorului, oferindu-i una dintre urmatoarele alternative: anularea comenzii sau eliminarea din comanda a produsului ce nu mai poate fi livrat. In acest caz, in situatia in care Clientul/Utilizatorul a realizat plata in avans, prin transfer bancar sau prin solutia online de plata cu cardul si in care banca emitenta a cardului Clientului/Utilizatorului a autorizat tranzactia bancara, suma corespunzatoare referitoare la anularea comenzii sau la eliminarea din comanda a unui anumit produs va fi rambursata de catre GlassIdeas in maximum 14 zile de la data la care GlassIdeas a luat la cunostinta despre acest fapt, in contul IBAN indicat in scris de catre Client/Utilizator.

(7) Clientul are dreptul de a anula sau modifica continutul unei comenzi, achitate prin orice mijloc de plata prevazut in prezentul Document, atunci cand este contactat conform alin (4) al prezentului paragraf sau in termen de maxim 24 ore de la plasarea acesteia, cu conditia ca respectiva comanda sa nu fi fost livrata. In acest sens, Clientul/Utilizatorul va transmite o notificare scrisa la proideastrade@yahoo.com prin intermediul sectiunii de contact LINK sau telefonica in care va solicita anularea sau modificarea comenzii. In cazul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul si-a modificat Comanda conform prevederilor anterioare, iar contravaloarea noii sale comenzi este mai mica decat contravaloarea produselor/serviciilor comandate initial, GlassIdeas va returna in contul Clientului/Utilizatorului suma reprezentand diferenta dintre contravaloarea comenzii initiale si cea a noii comenzi, in maxim 14 zile de la data la care GlassIdeas a luat la cunostinta acest fapt. Aceasta prevedere se aplica exclusiv comenzilor achitate cu cardul sau prin transfer bancar, in cazul in care banii platiti de Client/Utilizator au fost transferati in contul bancar al GlassIdeas. Imediat dupa procesarea solicitarii transmise de Client/User, GlassIdeas va anula/modifica comanda si va trimite Clientului/Utilizatorului, prin email, confirmarea respectiva.

(8) In cazul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul doreste sa modifice o comanda, dupa termenul de 24 ore de la plasarea acesteia, acesta va trimite o notificare scrisa la ideas@... sau prin intermediul sectiunii de Contact  pentru a preciza solicitarile sale. In functie de momentul la care aceste modificari sunt solicitate precum si de natura acestor solicitari, Clientul/Utilizatorul recunoaste si este de acord ca pot apare taxe suplimentare sau ajustari ale preturilor cat si modificari ale timpului de manufacturare/finalizare a comenzii. GlassIdeas isi rezerva dreptul de a refuza modificarile efectuate asupra unei comenzi in cazul in care solicitarea de a efectua modificari a fost realizata dupa acest termen.

 (9) In cazul in care un Client isi modifica datele personale, folosind formularele disponibile pe site, toate contractele in derulare existente la acel moment, isi pastreaza datele definite/acceptate de catre Client inainte de momentul modificarii, luandu-se in considerare pentru livrare si contact noile date modificate corespunzator.

6. Product description on the Website

(1)The description and the of the products, published on this website,  are for information, have indicative role only, and the products delivered may differ from the images presented in any way (color, accessories, aspect, finish, etc.). The photos showing the product or service may contain additional items, accessories, etc. which are not included in price of the listed product. The listing will be for 1 product or service (the one described in the listing) unless otherwise specified.

(2) Pro Ideas Trade SRLmakes every effort to display as accurately as possible, as close to reality as possible the colors of Glass Ideas products and the description of the products (features, informations related sizes, shape, textures, etc)  that appear on the site. However,due the large volume of of the data, inaccuracies may occur in the informations of the products. Also, due to the inherent limitations of electronic displays (desktop, laptop, phone, tablet) and the characteristics of certain materials, the colors that you see on your display device may differ from the actual colors of the products. When the Customer/User place an order on our website, the Customer/User understand and agrees that these differences are beyond the control of Glass Ideas and he agrees with these issues and agrees that these aspects/variations should not be considered as defects or lack of conformity of  the product, therefore these aspects cannot be raison for product return and/or cancelation of the order and/or claiming warranty.

(3) If you appreciate the fact that you need more details about a certain product, please ask your specific questions before placing the order.

7. Prices. Promotions, Coupons, Discounts, Special Offers

(1) All the prices of products and/or services shown in this online store are expressed  or RON – Romanian currency  or in US dollars or  in the European currency EURO, as applicable, including VAT (19%). Prices include the ecotax (only for electrical and electronic products). The prices of products and/or services do not include shipping (national and international), import and duties custom taxes, where it is the case.

(2)The total amount paid for order placed by Customer/User will contain the total value of the ordered products as well as the shipping charges, all are specified separately on the order form as well as the corresponding invoice. Details about delivery can be found reading paragraph 12 of this present Document. or here

(3) For orders from Romania, the invoice will be issues in RON (the exchange rate apllied by Pro Ideas Trade SRL is 1(one) Euro=4,5 RON). In case that the Customer/User is a foreign person or entity, invoices shall be issued in US dollars or EUR European currency, as applicable.

(4) All promotions , discount codes in the online store in this website are  limited to the available stock  and  for limited periods of time.  The price of the products and/or services is the one at the time of the order was placed, limited to the available stock on hand and/or of the promotional period and in accordance with the provisions mentioned in (5) on this paragraph.

(5) To be applicable, the price of product and/or service must be sincere and serious. In the event one of our products and/or services is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, Pro Ideas Trade SRL apologizes for any inconvenience and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products/services listed at the incorrect price. If we discover an error in the price of any products and/or services which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and if you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund for the amount paid by you.

(6) The purchase price of the products and/or services from an honored contract cannot be changed.

(7) Prices of product(s) and/or services shown on the Website may be changed at any time, whitout prior notice, in accordance with the  availability of stock (if is applicable) and the prices  submitted by suppliers.

(8) Glass Ideas shall not be held responsible for any additional costs you may incur related the services rendered, including but not limited to commissions for the monetary conversion or transfer fees applied by your bank, Paypal or any other payment processor used to make payment transfers.

 (9) Value added tax. VAT free for companies within the EU  If the Products subject to delivery are VAT exempt due the intra-community nature of the delivery, pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, the Seller shall grant the VAT exempt provided in case that the Customer (if is a company) gives a proof regarding that is a taxable person for VAT purposes and the confirmation that the VAT of the items supplied by Pro Ideas Trade SRL would be accounted by the Customer under the reverse charge procedure.  We deliver only to the address where the company is registered.

VAT outside UE. If the Products and / or services that are subject to delivery are delivered outside the EU, VAT will not apply to that sale and the Customer /User  will be responsible for declaring VAT and paying VAT in the country of destination.

(10) Fees and taxes. If you order GlassIdeas products/services for delivery outside of Romania or in certain areas located in European Community or outside the UE, they may be subject to import duties/custom taxes and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. These charges are not included in the price of product or in delivery charges. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Pro Ideas Trade SRL will not be responsible for any duties or custom taxes applicable in your residence country. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please, before placing an Order, contact your local customs office in your country for further information and check the amount of these additional costs.

8. Online Orders

 (1) In order to place an order, the Customer / User must be at least 18 years of age, have a telephone number and an email address, both valid, for which he / she can be contacted; complete the order form after logging in to his or her personal account created on this website. By placing on online order, Customer/User expressly acknowledges having read, understood and agreed with all the present Terms and Conditions, products prices and shipping costs, that he/she will pay the oorder according to the selected payment method. The Customer/User shall verify before placing on Order the following, but not limited: description, features, price and quantity of product(s)/services ordered, the estimated time for delivery, the accepted  delivery/payment method.

(2) By completing the order, the Customer agrees that all the information provided by them in the purchaising process, on the order form, are real, accurate, current and complete at the time of placing the order, also named in this document “issued order”. Pro Ideas Trade SRL will issue an order identification number, sent by email; please note that this order identification number does not constitute the acceptance of the order you are launching. Before we honor the order, we reserve the right to contact the Customer/User to confirm its order. GlassIdeas will respond to the Customer/User, by email or telephone, within maximum 48 hours of placing its order on the Website (except for orders placed on Staurdays, Sundays or legal holidays when the time period runs from the first working day following the day when the Order was placed), as the case may be: confirm the Order, transmitting the corresponding proforma invoice, if applicable; non acceptance; to accept it wih changes/clarifications regarding its object. The Customer/User has the obligation to confirm, in writing, within maximum 48 hours of receipt of this communication,the receipt of this order (totally or modified) confirmation from Pro Ideas Trade SRL and, if applicable, to make entire payment of the product(s) and/or services ordered based on the proforma invoice issued and submitted by Pro Ideas Trade SRL. If the Customer/User does not confirm within this time period and, as the case may be, does not pay for the order value, Pro Ideas Trade SRL have the right to remove the placed Order. From the moment the Customer/User confirm the equivalent value of the order placed or Glass Ideas informs the Customer  of its  confirmed order and, as the case may be, the Customer/User has been paid the amount according to the proforma invoice transmitted, his order becomes a Distance Contract, applying the definitions covered by the Government Order 130/2000 in Art. 2, referred to herein as the Contract, having attached but not limited, all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

(3) Pro Ideas Trade SRL shall never consider an unconfirmed Order as having the value of a Agreement.

(4) By placing an Order/request an offer/request any information/using the contact form or the Service on the Website, the Customer/User agrees with the form of communication (phone or email or fax or text messages) by which Pro Ideas Trade SRL carries out the operations on the Website. Customer/User agrees that Pro Ideas Trade SRL may contact him/her,  by email or phone or fax, for the following purposes/in the following situations: (i) validating the availability of products, prices and quantities purchased by the Customer; (ii) establishing by mutual agreement the details concerning the delivery time  of the products; (iii) informing the Customer on the stage of products delivery, the payment conditions, as well as on any possible problems occurring during contract performance derived from order; (iv) the confirmation of the order issued before it is honored and the delivery address of the order

(5) Glass Ideas may unilaterally terminate the order or part or it placed by the Customer, after  previously notification sent by email or phone, to the Customer, without any further obligation of either party to the other or without either party having to claim damages, in the following circumstances  (not limitative), without being liable for any damages or costs other than repayment of any amount received from you in relation to the order we have cancelled : (a) The data provided by the Customer on the website or in the order are incomplete or incorrect; (b) The Customer’s activity on the website may cause and/or causes damages of any kind to Glass Ideas and/or to its partners.; (c) the ordered product is not available on stock or not be found anymore in the current offer of Glass Ideas ; (d) the payment was not completed; (e) there is one or more order/s confirmed and unclaimed; (f) non-acceptance by the issuing bank Customer transaction or invalidation by the card processor approved by Glass Ideas- in case of online payment; (g)  If applicable your bank transfer payment is not received within 4 business days after the Order Confirmation or the date of proforma invoice issued; (h) for other objective reasons or due to circumstances or events beyond our control.

 (6) In the very unlikely case when Glass Ideas will not be able to honor some of the ordered products, it will notify by email the Customer/User, offering them the alternative to:  cancel the order or remove from the order the product that cannot be delivered anymore. In this case and in the situation when the Customer/User  made the payment in advance, by confirmed bank transfer or by online payment solution and when the bank  has authorized the bank transaction, the proper amount related on the canceled order or the products unavailable, will be reimbursed by Glass Ideas within 14 days from the date on which the latter acknowledges this fact, in the account IBAN indicated in writing by the Customer/User.

(7)  The Customer/User has the right to cancel or modify the contents of an order paid by any means of payment provided in this document , when contacted, under alin. (4) of this paragraph or within 24 hours of its placement, only if the order has not been delivered. In this regard, the Customer/User shall submit a written request at proideastrade@yahoo.com or through Contact section LINK for cancellation/modify to Glass Ideas team. If the Customer has changed Order in accordance with previous provision and its new value is less than the value of orders of products / services ordered initially, GlassIdeas will refund the money to the Client's account for the order amount representing the difference between the initial and new orders within 14 days from the date on which GlassIdeas acknowledged this fact. This provision applies only in case of bank transfer or online payment solution when the issuing bank has transferred the money paid by the Customer/User into bank account of GlassIdeas.  As soon as GlassIdeas process request for cancellation/modify, we will cancel/modify the order and send to Customer/User a confirmation email.

 (8) In case that a Customer/User wishes to modify an order, after 24 hours after placing an order, the Customer/User shall submit a written request, by email,  at proideastrade@yahoo.com or using contact section to describe his requirements. Depending on when the changes are requested and the nature of the changes, the Customer/User acknowledge and agree that additional fees or price adjustements may be required. Also, The Customer/User acknowledge and agree that these changes can influence the time of manufacture/finalization of the order. GlassIdeas reserves the right to refuse to make changes relating an order if the changes are requested after this period.

 (9) If a Customer/User changes his personal data, using the forms available on the website , all the orders in process at that moment keep the information defined/accepted by the Customer/User before the moment of the change, and it will be taken into consideration, for the delivery and contact, the new information properly changed.
