11. Livrarea produselor/serviciilor GlassIdeas pe teritoriul Romaniei. Livrare oriunde in lume

Livrarea  coletului se va realiza dupa confirmarea comenzii lansate de dumneavoastra.

Stim cat de important este ca dumneavoastra sa va bucurati de creatiile GlassIdeas in cel mai scurt timp posibil. Depunem toate eforturile rezonabile si de aceea, pe pagina de prezentare a fiecarui produs este evidentiata disponibilitatea acestuia (timp de manufacturare, excluzand timpul de transport), dupa cum urmeaza:

- Gata de livrare DISPONIBIL IN STOC: produsul exista in stoc si poate fi inmanat firmei de curierat in termen de 24 ore de la confirmarea comenzii/ 48 ore in cazul comenzilor lansate in perioada week-end-ului. Aceste produse pot si gasite rapide in Sectiunea “Gata de Livrare” LINK

  •  - livrabile in 1/2/3/4 saptamani: produsul va fi special manufacturat pentru dumneavoastra. Va fi nevoie de 1 saptamana pana la maximum 4 saptamani pana a putea sa va bucurati de acesta. Termenul exact de livrare va fi comunicat odata cu transmiterea acceptarii comenzii lansate de dumneavoastra. Drept urmare  va fi necesar sa asteptati putin timp pana a le primi. Ne straduim sa manufacturam produsele dumneavoastra in cel mai scurt timp posibil.

(1) Coletele se livreaza din studioul nostru in zilele lucratoare, de luni pana vineri. Pentru a oferi clientilor nostri cea mai rapida livrare posibila, livram toate comenzile intr-o perioada cat mai scurta de timp de la plasarea comenzii. Livrarea se realizeaza prin curierat rapid iar in momentul in care comanda este expediata, dumneavoastra veti primi o notificare pe adresa dumneavoastra de e-mail.

(2) Timpul estimat de livrare mentionat in descrierea fiecarui produs reprezinta timpul de manufacturare si/sau pregatire specific fiecarui produs pentru a fi gata de inmanat spre livrare firmei de curierat  si nu include timpul de transport corespunzator fiecarui curier. Timpul de livrare al unei comenzi este comunicat la plasarea acesteia. Timpul de livrare estimat variaza intre 2 zile si 4 saptamani, in functie de tara unde va fi livrata comanda, de disponibilitatea produselor, de numarul produselor din comanda si de timpii de manufacturare a produselor din comanda. Datorita faptului ca toate produsele create de GlassIdeas sunt realizate manual, sunt produse unice si realizate la comanda, avem nevoie de timp de executie pentru a le manufactura. Produsele in stoc (categoria “Gata de Livrare”) vor fi livrate in 24-48 de ore de la data confirmarii comenzii de catre Client/Utilizator. Produsele realizate la comanda vor fi livrate in 1/2/3/4 saptamani de la data la care Clientul/Utilizatorul a realizat plata integrala a  contravalorii comenzii sale.

 (3)Toate produsele GlassIdeas sunt atent verificate, testate, inspectate si ambalate corespunzator inainte de a fi livrate. Pro Ideas Trade SRL se obliga sa ambaleze corespunzator produsele si sa transmita  documentele insotitoare (factura, certificat garantie, etc).

(4) Livrarea produselor GlassIdeas se face pe teritoriul Romaniei si oriunde in lume. Costurile de livrare include ambalarea, transportul si asigurarea impotriva furtului, deteriorarii sau pierderii care ar putea apare in timpul transportului. Costurile de livrare vor fi suportate in totalitate de catre Client/Utilizator, cu exceptia cazurilor in care pe site este afisat contrariul.

  •   Livrarea pe teritoriul Romaniei

 Livrarea produselor se va face prin intermediul unui terte societati de curierat, fiind acceptate doar adresele de livrare care se afla in aria de acoperire FAN Courier  https://www.fancourier.ro/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/locatiiFAN.pdf .Daca doriti ca livrarea produselor trebuie facuta in afara zonei de acoperire a curierului, GlassIdeas va percepe o taxa de transport suplimentara, comunicata telefonic de unul dintre operatorii GlassIdeas  in momentul confirmarii comenzii. Pregatirea pentru livrare dureaza 1-2 zile lucratoare de la data confirmarii comenzii, in cazul produselor aflate in stoc, si NU este inclusa in “timpul de livrare” din tabelul anterior.  Costurile de livrare prin curier a comenzilor livrate pe teritoriul Romaniei- in localitatile pentru care nu se pecep km suplimentari sunt suportate de catre GlassIdeas doar in situatia in care suma unei singure comenzi este de minim 290 Ron inclusiv TVA si avand peste 10 kg. Pentru valori ale comenzii de sub 290,00 RON inclusiv TVA, in limita a 3 kg, costul de livrare este de 25 RON  inclusiv TVA, doar in situatia livrarii in localitati pentru care nu se percep km suplimentari. Pentru colete cu greutatea cuprinsa intre 3-10 kg, pretul serviciului de livrare este 35 lei inclusiv TVA. In cazul in care valoarea comenzii depaseste 290 lei inclusive TVA si greutatea este mai mare de 10 kg, livrarea este gratuita.  Toate situatiile se refera la livrarea doar in localitatile aflate in lista localitatilor pentru care nu se percep km suplimentari. Durata aproximativa de livrare, in cazul produselor aflate pe stoc este de 1-2 zile de la data confirmarii comenzii. 

  • Livrarea  internationala ( oriunde in lume)

Toate informatiile despre timpii (dupa expedierea din studioul nostru), respectiv costurile  de livrare internationala sunt redate in tabelul care urmeaza. In cazul in care tara in care doriti a fi livrate produsele GlassIdeas nu se afla in tabel, va  rugam sa ne contactati la adresa proideastrade@yahoo.com sau prin intermediul sectiunii de Contact  pentru a stabili modalitatile de livrare a produselor si/ sau orice detalii suplimentare.In cazul in care doriti ca tara de livrare sa fie oricare in afara de Romania, plata produselor se va realiza doar in avans, este exclusa plata ramburs. * Pregatirea pentru livrare dureaza 1-2 zile lucratoare de la data confirmarii comenzii, in cazul produselor aflate in stoc, si NU este inclusa in “timpul de livrare” din tabelul anterior. * * Preturile din tabelul de mai sus include TVA si se refera la o greutate de pana la ….kg. Pentru tarile aflate in UE preturile contin 19% TVA. Pentru celelalte tari nu se aplica TVA.   *** Pretul transportului difera in functie de greutatea coletului, de tara unde va fi livrat si de totalul produselor comandate. **** Pentru livrări în afara Romaniei si a  Uniunii Europene, va rugam sa retineti faptul ca e posibil ca  expedierea sa faca obiectul vamuirii si a eventualelor controale, ceea ce poate avea ca rezultat o intarziere in livrare. ******  Va rugam sa retineti faptul ca in cazul livrarilor in afara teritoriului Romaniei, clientii/utilizatorii  sunt obligati sa plateasca orice taxe vamale, de import sau orice taxa aplicabila in tara in care se va efectua livrarea, la primirea produselor comandate de pe acest website. Va rugam sa contacti biroul local vamal pentru mai multe informatii si pentru estimarea acestor taxe inainte de a efectua comanda. Aceste sume vor fi facturate separat de catre firma de curierat. Va rugam sa retineti faptul ca aceste taxe nu sunt percepute de noi si prin urmare nu pot fi rambursate de noi.

 (5) Pro Ideas Trade SRL nu este responsabila (i) de intarzierea livrarii produselor din vina curierului; (ii) in cazul in care Clientul transmite informatii eronate referitoare la livrare

(6) In cazul in care, dintr-un anumit motiv, GlassIdeas nu poate respecta data de livrare transmisa in comanda confirmata, va informa imediat Clientul/Utilizatorul cu privire la aceasta situatie si va oferi urmatoarele optiuni: (a) propunerea unui nou termen de livrare, respectiv  (b) optiunea de a renunta (in scris) la comanda sau o parte din comanda. Clientul/Utilizatorul are la dispozitie un termen de 2 zile lucratoare de la data transmiterii notificarii de informare pentru a-si exprima in scris, prin email, una din optiuni. Lipsa primirii de catre GlassIdeas a unui raspuns din partea Clientului/Utilizatorului in termenul precizat, se va considera ca accept tacit al acestuia pentru noul termen de livrare propus. In cazul in care Clientul comunica in scris faptul ca renunta la comanda/parte din comanda si in cazul in care comanda/partea din comanda a fost platita in avansul livrarii, GlassIdeas va inapoia corespunzator sumele platite in termen de 14 zile de la data comunicarii renuntarii de catre client a contului IBAN in care se va efectua transferul sumelor platite.

(7) Detaliile de livrare a produselor incluzand dar nelimitandu-se la timpul necesar livrarii nu constituie o obligatie contractuala din partea Pro Ideas Trade SRL, (cu exceptia cazului in care acest fapt a fost convenit in mod expres de catre parti), fara ca vreo parte sa poata sa pretinda celeilalte daune-interese in afara rambursarii sumei corespunzatoare platite pentru respectiva comanda, in cazul in care oricare parte poate fi sau este prejudiciata in orice mod de pe urma incalcarii acestora. In cazul în care nu pot fi respectate termenele de livrare, Pro Ideas Trade SRL va anunta clientul de termenul estimat de finalizare a livrării.

(8) GlassIdeas isi rezerva dreptul sa intarzie sau sa anuleze livrari ale produselor comandate daca acestea nu pot fi onorate din motive independente de GlassIdeas, care includ: incendii, explozii, inundatii, etc sau alte impedimente de forta majora conform uzantelor legii romanesti sau anumite situatii precum conditii meteo nefavorabile, probleme tehnice neprevazute. Echipa noastra va va notifica in cel mai scurt timp posibil cu toate informatiile necesare in cazul in care vreuna dintre situatiile mentionate anterior.

(9) In cazul in care comanda nu a fost livrata Clientului/Utilizatorului, din cauze neimputabile Pro Ideas Trade SRL sau firmei de curierat comisionate de Pro Ideas Trade SRL, (de ex. dar nelimitandu-se la:  colet(e) refuzat(e) de Client/Utilizator; colet(e) neridicat(e) de Client/Utilizator, negasire la adresa indicata in comanda emisa, etc.), Clientul/Utilizatorul va avea obligatia de a suporta costurile de livrare (initial cat si cel de returnare) cat si orice alte costuri cu si  in legatura cu transportul respectiv.

(10) In cazul in care nu primiti produsul/produsele comandat(e)de dumneavoastra in termenul estimat de livrare, va rugam sa ne contactati telefonic sau prin intermediul sectiunii de Contact LINK sau la email proideastrade@yahoo.com.

12. Facturarea produselor GlassIdeas

(1) Pro Ideas Trade SRL va emite, pe baza informatiilor detinute de catre acesta si a celor furnizate de catre Client/utilizator, factura fiscala pentru fiecare Comanda confirmata si livrata. Coletul va fi insotit de respective facture fiscal, certificat de garantie cuprinzand instructiuni de utilizare, etc si de certificat de autenticitate semnat de artisti.

 13.Receptia produselor GlassIdeas. Inspectia si acceptarea

(1)  Receptia produselor reprezinta acceptul Clientului/Utilizatorului ca produsele si/sau serviciile comandate  au ajuns la adresa furnizata de Client/Utilizator si  este dovedita de semnatura sa pe documentele legale si/sau documentul de livrare (AWB). Factura constituie dovada onorarii comenzii/contractului de vanzare-cumparare, conform legislatiei romanesti in vigoare. In sensul prezentilor Termeni si Conditii, se considera ca livrarea produselor comandate a avut loc sau se considera ca au fost livrate produsele comandate atunci cand Clientul sau o terta parte desemnata de acesta a intrat in posesia fizica a bunurilor, fapt demonstrat de semnatura de primire a comenzii la adresa de livrare indicata de catre Client/Utilizator. Contractul de vanzare-cumparare rezultat in baza comenzii lansate de catre utilizator si confirmate de catre Pro Ideas Trade SRL va fi incheiat pe perioada determinata si va fi considerat ca fiind incetat la momentul in care partile si-au indeplinit obligatiile reciproce stabilite prin prezentul Document..

 (2) Clientul este obligat ca imediat dupa preluarea coletului sa verifice daca produsele mentionate pe factura emisa corespund cu produsele comandate cat si starea acestora. In situatia in care se constata orice diferenta sau orice problema referitoare la comanda sa (ca de ex. produs defect, produs deteriorat, produse livrate/facturate eronat, lipsa produs(e), deficiente cantitative, existenta unor anumite vicii ale produsului, etc), Clientul trebuie sa notifice in scris, in termen de 24 de ore de la preluarea produselor, la email proideastrade@yahoo.com,  sau utilizand sectiunea Contact LINK descriind situatia respectiva si anexand in acest scop fotografii.  In afara  situatiei in care Clientul nu notifica in termenul de 24 de ore de la preluarea produselor o asemenea situatie, Clientul este de acord ca GlassIdeas sa prezume faptul ca toate produsele au fost verificate de catre Client si ca au fost livrate intacte si conform facturii emise corespunzatoare. Dupa acest termen, Clientul pierde dreptul de a invoca deficiente cantitative sau deficiente pe care, in mod rezonabil, nu putea sa nu le remarce la momentul receptionarii (ciobituri, zgaraieturi, etc.). Spargerea/ zgaraierea produselor sau a componentelor din sticla, dupa acceptarea acestor produse in bune conditii de catre Client, reprezinta riscuri asumate in totalitate de catre Cumparator.

 14.Transferul riscului si proprietatii produselor GlassIdeas

(1) Transferul riscului. Toate riscurile legate de produse (riscul de pierdere; riscul de deteriorare, etc.)  va trece la Client/Utilizator din momentul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul sau o terta parte indicata de catre acesta, alta decat transportatorul a intrat in posesia fizica a produselor. Cu toate acestea, riscul este transferat consumatorului/clientului in momentul livrarii produselor catre transportator, daca transportatorul a fost insarcinat de catre consumator/client sa transporte produsele, iar aceasta optiune nu a fost oferita de catre GlassIdeas, fara a aduce atingere drepturilor consumatorului/clientului fata de transportator.

 (2) Dreptul de proprietate asupra produselor se va transfera Clientului numai dupa ce GlassIdeas primeste plata integrala a tuturor sumelor datorate pentru produse, inclusiv a costurilor de livrare si a taxelor aferente, sau la livrare (asa cum este definit in Articolul Livrare(nr.) de mai sus) daca aceasta are loc la o data ulterioara. Dreptul de proprietate asupra produselor  ne va reveni imediat noua in cazul in care va rambursam orice astfel de plata.

17.Politica de retur. Dreptul de retragere din contract 


Suntem dedicati in a oferi clientilor nostri produse de calitate cat si livrare la timp; aceasta este motivatia pentru care, in anumite situatii acceptam retururi, respectand prevederile din Politica de retur cat si legislatia in vigoare. Aceasta sectiune face parte integranta din prevederile mentionate in Termeni si Conditii ai acestui website.

(1) Inainte de a fi livrata orice comanda, GlassIdeas verifica cu atentie fiecare produs si ia toate masurile necesare de protectie in scopul minimizarii aparitiei posibilelor distrugeri pe timpul transportului/manipularii ambaland cu grija si corespunzator fiecare produs din orice comanda astfel incat orice client sa primeasca coletul si produsele nedeteriorate. Toate produsele sunt asigurate si fiecare colet este livrat cu serviciul de Urmarire (tracking). Va rugam sa retineti faptul ca, inainte de a fi livrate, fotografiem cu atentie toate produsele ambalate in scopul dovedirii faptului ca v-am livrat comanda; aceste fotografii pot fi trimise la cerere. 

(2) Clientii cu personalitate juridica nu au dreptul sa denunte unilateral contractul, legislatia in domeniu referindu-se doar la persoanele fizice- in calitate de consumator. Totusi in cazul in care clientii sunt persoane cu personalitate juridica, se aplica prevederile alin. (13), (14), (15) din prezentul capitol .

(3) Daca totusi se intampla sa nu fiti incantat/a de produsul cumparat,  aveti dreptul de a va retrage din contractul la distanta in termen de 14 zile calendaristice, in conformitate cu conditiile de returnare cat si cu legislatia in vigoare, exceptie facand produsele realizate la comanda sau comanda speciala, conform specificatiilor Clientului sau care sunt in mod evident personalizate, situatii descrise in detaliu la alineatul (8) de mai jos, pentru care dreptul de retragere din contract este exclus conform legislatiei in vigoare. Perioada de retragere va expira dupa 14 zile de la data la care dumneavoastra intrati sau o parte terta desemnata de dumneavoastra, alta decat curierul, intra in posesia fizica a bunurilor sau, în cazul in care o singura comanda contine mai multe bunuri care sunt livrate separat, dupa 14 zile calendaristice de la data la care dumneavoastra intrati sau o parte terta desemnata de dumneavoastra, alta decat curierul, intra in posesia fizica a ultimului bun. Data receptionarii produselor este data preluarii acestora de la reprezentantul firmei de curierat, data care poate fi verificata si demonstrata prin documentul de livrare inmanat de firma de curierat. Conform legislatiei in vigoare sunt exceptate de la dreptul de retragere anumite produse si servicii, descrise la alin. (8) al prezentului capitol.

 (4) In scopul exercitarii dreptului de retragere din Contract, Clientul se oblige sa respecte cumulativ urmatoarele conditii:  (i) sa notifice Glass Ideas inainte de a returna produsul/produsele intentionat a fi returnat, intentia sa de a returna produsul/produsele achizitionate, prin orice mijloc de comunicare scrisa (scrisoare transmisa prin posta/curier, fax, email la ideas@ sau prin intermediul sectiunii de Contact) sau accesand link-ul dedicat furnizat pe acest website LINK,  in termen de maxim 14 zile calendaristice de la data la care a intrat in posesia fizica a produselor si/sau serviciilor, utilizand (a) formularul de retragere din contract anexat ( descarcati formularul de retur-retragere din contract) sau (b) de a face orice alta declaratie neechivoca in care isi exprima decizia de retragere din contract. In urma acestei notificari realizate de catre consumator, Pro Ideas Trade SRL  ii va  furniza un numar de autorizare al returului (nr. AR), numar ce va fi necesar a fi mentionat pe AWB-ul coletului care va fi livrat de catre consumator. Nu vor fi receptionate coletele care nu au  inscris pe scrisoarea de trasura (AWB)  numarul de autorizare al returului; (ii) sa se asigure de faptul ca produsul/produsele la care a facut referire vor fi returnate inainte de expirarea perioadei de retragere de 14 zile. Coletele continand returul produselor vor fi insotite de packaking list si de optiunea de verificare.; (iii) sa se asigure de faptul ca produsele returnate vor fi in aceeasi stare in care au fost livrate, in ambalajul original (inclusiv folia protectoare sau sigiliul, daca exista- valabil in cazul cerceilor, accesoriilor de par- din cauza motivelor de igiena si sanatate), cu toate accesoriile aferente, fara a prezenta urme de uzura/folosire, lovire sau murdarie, modificare sau consum, atat in cazul produselor cat si al accesoriilor (cutii, ambalaje suplimentare), cu toate etichetele si tagurile intacte, cu toate documentele originale care le-au insotit (ex. instructiuni de utilizare, factura, certificat de autenticitate, etc.); (iv) sa fie responsabil pentru toate cheltuielile directe de returnare, de transport si de manipulare a produsului/produselorsi de riscul legat de returnarea produselor cat si pentru orice taxe vamale/de import, daca este  aplicabil (ex. in cazul comenzilor internationale); (v) sa se asigure de faptul ca in fiecare colet care va contine produs(e) returnat(e) va fi inclus formularul de retur cuprinzand date referitoare la datele de identificare ale clientului, numarul comenzii/facturii, contul bancar si sucursala bancii in care se va returna contravaloarea produselor (mai putin taxele de transport si taxele vamale, daca este cazul); (vi) sa raspunda in ceea ce priveste diminuarea valorii produselor care rezulta din alte manipulari decat cele necesare pentru stabilirea naturii, caracteristicilor si functionarii produselor. Va rugam sa aveti in vedere faptul ca legislatiain vigoare permite o rambursare partiala in cazul in care valoarea bunurilor a fost diminuata ca rezultat al unei manipulari ale consumatorului care depaseste cea necesara pentru stabilirea naturii, caracteristicilor si functionarii produselor; (vi) sa se asigure de faptul ca sunt respectate conditiile de returnare conform prevederilor mentionate in Politica de Retur,  respectiv  Termeni si Conditii ai acestui Website.

(5) Glass Ideas nu accepta produse returnate la care se percepe plata transportului la destinatar (Pro Ideas Trade SRL)  sau plata ramburs. Va rugam sa retineti faptul ca in acest caz, Glass Ideas poate solicita plata oricarui cost suportat in legatura cu o astfel de returnare.

(6) Glass Ideas poate refuza produsele returnate de catre Clientii sai si implicit restituirea banilor, daca returul se incadreaza intr-unul dintre cazurile prevazute in cele ce urmeaza, fara ca  acestia sa pretinda daune interese sau despagubiri: (i) in cazul in care cererea de returnare are data de expediere care depaseste de 14 zile prevazut, calculate din ziua lucratoare imediat urmatoarei datei la care clientul a intrat in posesia fizica a bunului (ii) produsul returnat este primit la Glass Ideas dupa ce perioada legala a expirat; (iii) produsul returnat nu este in aceeasi stare in care a fost livrat (in ambalajul original cu toate etichetele intacte  si toate documentele care l-au insotit si/sau sigilat care nu a fost desigilat de catre Consumator in cazul produselor sigilate ca de ex. cercei, accesorii par ); (iv) coletul nu contine toate bunurile care au fost notificate a se returna sau nu contine toate accesoriile vreunui produs; (v) coletul contine contin produs(e) deteriorat(e) in timpul transportului ca urmare a ambalarii necorespunzatoare  sau coletul nu a ajuns la GlassIdeas, din cauze neimputabile GlassIdeas; (vi) nu sunt respectate conditiile de retur conform Politicii de Retur,  a prevederilor prezentelor Termeni si Conditii si a legislatiei in vigoare

(7) Clientul/Utilizatorul nu va putea sa returneze produsele achizitionate si/sau nu va pretinde orice alte daune-interese/despagubiri, in cazul inlocuirii produsului achizitionat cu un alt produs avand alte specificatii sau de un tip diferit,  pentru care consumatorul si-a exprimat acordul sau in acest sens.

(8) Sunt exceptate de la dreptul de retragere din contract urmatoarele produse si servicii, conform legislatiei in vigoare: a) contractele de prestari de servicii, după prestarea completa a serviciilor, daca executarea a inceput cu acordul prealabil expres al consumatorului si dupa ce acesta a confirmat ca a luat cunostinta de faptul ca isi va pierde dreptul la retragere dupa executarea completa a contractului de catre profesionist; b) produse si/sau servicii al caror pret depinde de fluctuatiile de piata financiara pe care vanzatorul nu le poate controla si care pot avea loc pe parcursul perioadei de retragere; c) produse fabricate in conformitate cu specificatiile consumatorului/clientului, care nu sunt prefabricate si care sunt realizate in baza alegerii individuale sau a deciziei consumatorului/clientului, sau care sunt destinate  clar pentru o anumita persoana – produsele realizate la comanda. In aceasta situatie se afla produsele GlassIdeas si/sau serviciile marcate pe pagina fiecarui produs cu indicatia “Realizat la comanda” sau acele produse/servicii solicitate prin transmitere prin email sau prin intermediul formularului de  contact sau prin chat online ca fiind comenzi speciale.  Aceste produse si/sau servicii  nu se afla in stocul GlassIdeas si pot fi manufacturate/livrate doar pe baza unei comenzi ferme si a platii integrale a contravalorii respectivei comenzi.  Nu putem oferi retur sau retragerea din contract in cazul produselor  si/sau serviciilor “Realizat la Comanda’ sau “Comanda Speciala”; d) produse care sunt susceptibile a se deteriora sau a expira rapid; e) produse sigilate care nu pot fi returnate din motive de protectie a sanatatii sau din motive de igiena si care au fost desigilate de Cumparator- ex. cercei, accesorii pentru par, etc.; f) produse care sunt, dupa livrare, potrivit naturii acestora, inseparabil amestecate cu alte elemente; g) furnizarea de continut digital care nu este livrat pe un suport material, daca prestarea a inceput cu acordul prealabil al consumatorului si dupa ce acesta a confirmat ca a luat cunostinta de faptul ca isi pierde dreptul de retragere.

 (9) Produsele enumerate la alin. (8) al prezentului capitol pot fi returnate doar in situatia in care respecta cumulativ urmatoarele conditii: (a) se constata ca  produsul este defect, deteriorat in timpul transportului, prezinta defecte (a se vedea si cap. 4, 5, 12, 15 din Termeni si Conditii), a fost livrat incorect ; (b) a fost notificat de catre client, in termen de 24 de ore de la data la care cumparatorul a intrat in posesia fizica a produsului, acest fapt,  anexand fotografii care sa sustina aceasta situatie. In cazul in care au fost respectate cumulativ aceste conditii, cheltuielile de returnare, de transport a produsului/ produselor vor fi suportate de GlassIdeas.  

 Efectele retragerii

(10) Dupa primirea coletului cu produsele notificate anterior a fi returnate , aceste produse returnate vor fi supuse controlului calitativ si cantitativ pentru a se constata daca acestea indeplinesc conditiile de returnare, urmand ca dumneavoastra sa fiti informat referitor la dreptul de a vi se rambursa contravaloarea acestora (daca exista). In cazul in care nu sunt respectate toate cerintele (conditiile) de returnare si prevederile mentionate in Termeni si Conditii referitoare la returnare, va vom transmite pe email motivele pentru care nu a fost acceptat returul. Daca GlassIdeas concluzioneaza faptul ca ati manipulat produsele dincolo de ceea ce este necesar pentru a stabili natura, caracteristicile si modul de functionare a produselor, Clientul va fi raspunzator pentru diminuarea valorii produselor. In acest caz, Glass Ideas poate retine o suma care reflecta valoarea  diminuata a produselor.

(11) In cazul in care sunt indeplinite toate conditiile de retur si daca rambursarea este aprobata, vom face rambursarea fara intarziere si nu mai tarziu de 14 zile calendaristice de la data la care produsul a fost receptionat de Glass Ideas a costului produsului si a costurilor de livrare standard. Rambursarea se va face în lei prin transfer bancar, intr-un cont în lei indicat de Client in formularul de retur transmis in colet sau prin email; de asemenea se va emite si factura de stornare corespunzatoare. Va rugam sa aveti in vedere faptul ca GlassIdeas nu poate influenta durata tranzactiei bancare realizata de procesatorul de plati (banca, Paypal, Visa, etc).  In cazul retururilor realizate international, va rugam sa mentionati referitor la respectivul colet “Bunuri returnate”.

(12) Glass Ideas nu isi asuma raspunderea pentru situatiile in care coletul cuprinzand produs(e) de returnat, trimis de catre Client, este pierdut sau deteriorat in timpul transportului pentru retur catre GlassIdeas sau in cazul in care pot apare costuri suplimentare in timpul transportului pentru retur. GlassIdeas nu accepta spre retur produse care au defecte rezultate din manipulari deficitare sau produse care sunt distruse pe durata transportului de retur de la client la Glass Ideas. Glass Ideas recomanda ca dumneavoastra: (i) sa utilizati un curier care ofera urmarirea transportului; (ii) sa pastrati dovada trimiterii pana cand returul va fi procesat;  (iii) sa asigurati coletul astfel incat sa fiti siguri ca va ajunge la GlassIdeas sau sa declarati intreaga valoare a transportului astfel incat sa fiti intreg protejat in cazul in care coletul este pierdut sau deteriorat in timpul transportului; (iv) sa ambalati corespunzator produsele astfel incat sa  fie receptionate in stare nedeteriorata la Pro Ideas Trade SRL.

(13)  Returnari de produse defecte, deteriorate, livrate/facturate gresit

Clientul este obligat ca imediat dupa preluarea bunurilor sa verifice daca elementele mentionate in factura emisa corespund cu produsele comandate si livrate cat si starea acestora. In cazul in care exista discrepante sau vreo problema cu comanda sa (ca de ex. produs defect, produs deteriorat, produse livrate/facturate gresit, lipsa produs, deficiente cantitative), acesta va notifica in scris la email proideastrade@yahoo.com descriind situatia respectiva si anexand fotografii, in termen de 24 de ore de la data la care a intrat in posesia fizica a bunurilor.  In cazul in care Clientul nu semnaleaza prin notificare (scrisa, insotita de fotografiile corespunzatoare) defectele/deficientele produselor/serviciilor receptionate sau lipsuri cantitative in termenul de timp prevazut anterior si modalitatea prevazuta in prevederile acestor Termeni si Conditii, acesta este decazut din dreptul de a le invoca, iar produsele/serviciile vor fi considerate ca fiind livrate in mod corespunzator. In cazurile rare in care produsele sunt defecte, nefunctionale sau deteriorate, va rugam sa returnati respectivul produs in termenul de 14 zile de la data la care a fost transmisa respectiva notificare scrisa mentionata anterior, iar Glass Ideas va livra un nou produs(e), cheltuielile de livrare fiind suportate de Glass Ideas sau va va oferi o rambursare integrala (inclusiv costurile de transport si de returnare). In cazul in care Clientul este de acord, poate alege sa primeasca un alt produs(e) cu conditia achitarii diferentei de catre client sau a restituirii diferentei de catre Glass Ideas, in cazul in care pretul produselor difera. Clientul nu va pretinde nici un fel de daune-interese  in cazul inlocuirii produsului achizitionat cu un alt produs (e) avand alte specificatii sau de un tip diferit.

 (14) Colete distruse  in timpul transportului. In cazul in care coletul prezinta urme de distrugere, rupturi sau perforatii, Clientul trebuie sa informeze curierul si sa consemneze aceste situatii in procesul verbal incheiat cu firma de curierat. Daca nu faceti acest lucru si ulterior veti dori sa depuneti o plangere, va asumati riscul ca plangerea dumneavostra sa fie respinsa de catre firma de curierat. GlassIdeas nu accepta nici o astfel de reclamatie decat in cazul in care aceasta este indicata pe procesul verbal incheiat cu firma de curierat. Va rugam sa documentati aceste situatii si cu realizarea de fotografii deoarece este solicitata de firma de curierat. In acelasi timp va rugam ca, imediat sau in termen de 24 de ore de la ore de la data la care a intrat in posesia fizica a bunurilor sa transmiteti notificarea la email proideastrade@yahoo.com  In cazul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul nu semnaleaza prin notificare (scrisa, insotita de fotografiile corespunzatoare) defectele/deficientele produselor/serviciilor receptionate sau lipsuri cantitative in termenul de timp prevazut anterior (24 de ore de la data de la care a intrat in posesia fizica a bunurilor) si modalitatea prevazuta in acesti Termeni si Conditii, acesta este decazut din dreptul de a le invoca, iar produsele/serviciile vor fi considerate ca fiind livrate in mod corespunzator.  Dupa ce va verifica situatia, GlassIdeas va livra un nou produs(e), taxele de transport fiind suportate de Glass Ideas sau va oferi o rambursare integrala (costul produsului si taxele de transport)

 (15) Colete  pierdute in timpul transportului. In cazul rar in cazul in care Clientul/Utilizatorul nu a primit produsele comandate in termenul estimat de la data livrarii de catre GlassIdeas, Clientul va informa la email proideastrade@yahoo.com sau via Contact Us. Dupa ce va verifica situatia, GlassIdeas va livra un nou produs(e), taxele de transport fiind suportate de Glass Ideas sau va oferi o rambursare integrala (costul produsului si taxele de transport).

11.Delivery of your GlassIdeas products. Worldwide Delivery.

We know how important it is to enjoy GlassIdeas creations in the shortest possible time. We make every reasonable effort and therefore on the description page of each product is presented the   the availability of the product (time of manufacture,it is it not included the transport time) is presented  as follows:

  •  - Ready for delivery (DISPONIBIL IN STOC- in romanian language: the product is in stock and can be handed over to the courier company within 24 hours of order confirmation / 48 hours for orders placed during the weekend. These mention appair on each product page
  •  Deliverable in 1/2/3/4 weeks: the product will be specially created and manufactured for you. It will take 2 weeks to a maximum of 4 weeks before you  can enjoy it. The exact delivery term will be communicated to you when your order has been accepted. Therefore, it will be necessary to wait a little while before receiving them. We strive to manufacture your GlassIdeas products as soon as possible.

(1) Deliveries from our studio take place between Monday and Friday only.  In order to provide our customers with the quickest possible delivery, we deliver all orders in a short time from placing the order. Delivery is made via courier and after the order is shipped you will receive an notification on your e-mail.

(2) The estimated delivery time mentioned in the description of each product represent the specific time to each product to be manufactured and ready for delivery to the courier company and does not include the shipping time corresponding to each courier. The delivery time for an order is communicated upon its placing. The estimated delivery time for each country varies between 2 days and 4 weeks and it is a period influenced by: the delivery address (Country), the products availability, the number of the products ordered, the manufacture time of each product, etc. . Because all our products are handcrafted, one of a kind and made to order, will needed execution time to create them. The products in stock (“”Ready to Ship”- DISPONIBIL IN STOC- in romanian language) will be delivered within 24-48 hours, the other products will be delivered in 1/2/3/4 weeks from the date when the Customer/User made the full payment of order. 

 (3) All GlassIdeas products shipped from our studio are carefully checked, tested, inspected and packaged before leaving our shop. Pro Ideas Trade SRL will ensure proper packaging of products and ensure the consignment of the accompanying documents (invoice, authenticity certificate, warranty certificate) to the Customer/User.

  (4) We ship the Glass Ideas products worldwide, to the address specified by the Customer address, after the receipt of payment. The delivery costs includes packaging, transport and insurance against theft, damage or loss that could occur during transport. Unless the contrary is displayed on site, the delivery costs will be borne entirely by the Customer/User.

 *  Preparation for delivery usually takes 1-2 days  from the time the order has been confirmed, in case of products in stock, and is NOT included in the “delivery time”. ** The prices displayed in displayed table include 19% VAT and   is related to a maximum …kg. For orders outside the EU will be calculated without VAT.*** Shipping charges are subject to the weight, destination and total contents of the parcel. **** For deliveries outside the European Union, please note that shipment will be subject to customs clearance and possible security checks, which can result in  delays in the delivery. ****** Please keep in mind that in the case of deliveries outside Romania, the Customers/Users are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon receipt of their ordered products from this website. Custom policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more details, specific informations and estimated fees before ordering. This will be a separate charge invoiced by our courier. Please note that these charges are not charged by us and therefore cannot be refunded by us.

(5)  Pro Ideas Trade SRL is not responsible (i) in case of delay of the delivery because of a couriers fault; (ii)  in case of incorrect shipping details provided by Customer/User

 (6) If for some reason  we are unable to meet the delivery date, GlassIdeas will inform immediately the Customer/User providing the option (a) to accept the new proposed delivery date or (b) alternatively renouncing to the order or part of an order. The Customer/User has a term of 2 working days from the date of issue of the notification of information to express their option in writing, by email, related the product ordered. Lack of GlassIdeas receipt of a response from the Customer/User within the time specified, shall be deemed to accept  the new proposed delivery date. In the case what the Customer/User opts in writing to renounce to the order/ part of an order and if the order/ordered product was made prior the delivery, GlassIdeas will return the propered amounts paid within maximum 14 days from the date of the renouncement in the account IBAN communicated by Customer/User.

(7) The details of delivery – including but not limited to delivery time – do not represent a contractual commitment on the part of Pro Ideas Trade SRL,(except where this is expressly agreed by the parties) without any party claiming damages from the other, except the reimbursement of the corresponding amount paid for that order , in the event one party can be or is prejudiced in any way as a result of their violation. In case the deadlines for delivery and/or order initiation cannot be meet, Pro Ideas Trade SRL will inform the customer of the estimated time for the completion of delivery.

(8) Glass Ideas reserves the right to delay or cancel the delivery of products ordered if these cannot be honored due to reasons independent of Glass Ideas, including: fires, explosions, etc. or other impediments of force majeure according to the Romanian law common practice or bad weather, unforeseen technical issues. Our team will notify you as soon as possible with all the necessary information if we encounter one of the above situations.

(9) If the order was not delivered to the Customer/User due non-imputable causes to Pro IdeasTrade or courier company commissioned by Pro Ideas Trade SRL (e.g. but not limited do: parcel(s) refused by Customer/User; parcel(s) that are not pick-up by the Customer/user, the Customer/user is not to be found at the delivery address indicated in the order, etc.), the Customer/User will have to bear the delivery costs (initial and return) and any other costs with and in connection with that shipment.

(10) If you do not receive your product(s) ordered within the estimated delivery period, please contact us  using  the Contact section LINK or at email proideastrade@yahoo.com.

 12. Invoicing GlassIdeas products

 (1) Pro Ideas Trade SRL will issue, based on its owns information the information provided by the Customer/User, the tax invoice for each confirmed and delivered Order. The package will be accompanied by the respective tax invoice, warranty certificate including instructions for use, etc. and certificate of authenticity signed by the artists.

13. Inspection and acceptance of the GlassIdeas products

 (1) The reception of the products represents the customer’s acceptance that the ordered products have been delivered to the address provided by the Customer/User and is proved  by his signature on the legal documents and/or delivery document (AWB). The invoice represents the proof of honoring the order/ the contract of sale-purchase, in accordance to the Romanian legislation in force. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the delivery of the ordered products shall be deemed to have taken place or the order shall be deemed to have been delivered as soon as Customer/User or a third party indicated by Customer/User acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order and/or AWB at the agreed delivery address.The sale-purchase contract resulted from a order confirmed by Pro Ideas Trade SRL will be concluded for a fixed period and will be deemed to have ceased at the moment the parties have fulfilled their mutual obligations established by this present Document.

 (2) Upon receipt of parcel(s), the ordered product(s) should carefully inspected by the Customer in order to examine any damage that may have occurred during transport. In case of any problems (example: defective product, damaged product, product(s) incorrectly delivered/invoiced, quantitative deficiencies, the existence of certain flaws of the product, etc), please contact  us at email proideastrade@yahoo.com or using “Contact us” section LINK within forty-eight 24 hours, to solve these situation.  We remind you that  Glass Ideas insures all products during transport. Unless Customer provides such notice within 48 hours of receipt the product(s), Customer agrees that the product(s) shall be considered as delivered properly and accepts the product(s).  After this period, the client invoking quantitative deficiencies or weaknesses that reasonably could not see them at the time of delivery (stone chips, scratches, abrasions, drawn wire, bent components, dirt stains, etc.). Breaking glass products or glass components or scratching  of product  upon receiving represent risks assumed in full by Customer.

14. Passing of Risk and Ownership of the GlassIdeas Products

(1) Passink of risk. The risk of loss or of damage of the product(s) shall pass to the Customer/User at the moment when the Customer/User or a third party indicated by the Customer/User and other than carrier has acquired the physical possession of the products. However, the risk shall pass to the consumer/customer upon delivery to the carrier if the carrier was commissioned by the consumer to carry the goods and that choice was not offered by GlassIdeas, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer/customer  against the carrier.

(2) Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to Customer when GlassIdeas receive full payment of all amount of Order containg the corresponding product(s) and/or services, including the costs of delivery and related charges or upon delivery (as defined in Clause 9 above- Paying for your GlassIdeas products- link), should this is later. Legal ownership of the product(s) will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

 17.Return Policy. Right of Withdrawal from a Distance Contract

Return

Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We are dedicated to offering reliable products/services and on-time delivery to meet customers’ expectation; this is the motivation for that, in certain situations, we accept returns, compying the return condition and according to the legislation in force. This section is an integral part of the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of this website.

  (1) Before send each order, Glass Ideas check with attention each product and takes all necessary precaution  to minimize  potential damage during transport process or manipulation by carefully and properly packaging each product contained in each order, with the aim that each Customer to receive the package and the product(s) undamaged. All items are insured and tracked when shipped. Please note that, we carefully photograph all packed products contained in your order before they are delivered with aim to prove that we have sent you the order ; these photographs can be sent yo you upon request.

 (2) The customers having legal personality are not entitled to denounce unilaterally the contract, the legislation in the area referring only to natural persons as a consumer.  However, if the Customers/Users are persons with legal personality, the provisions of para. (13), (14), (15) of this chapter.

(3) If  for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product received, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract, within 14 days, complying with the return conditions and according to the legislation in force, except for gift card and those items made to order or custom order (special orders)referred to in paraghraph  (8) of this chapter, descripted below, for which the cancelation right is excluded according to the law in force. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the product(s) come into your  physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than carrier and indicated by you) or in case of multiple goods in one order delivered separately after 14 days from the day on which the last products(s) come into your  physical possession (or into the possession of a third party other than carrier and indicated by you). According to the law in force, are exempted on the right to withdrawal from the contract certain products and services described in paragraph (8) of this chapter.

(4) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer/User undertakes to respect  all of the following conditions:

(i) to notify Glass Ideas, intention to return product(s) purchased by any means of written communication (example: a letter sent by post/carrier or fax or email at  proideastrade@yahoo.com or using Contact section or  by accessing the dedicated link provided on this website LINK)  within 14 days after the day on which the product(s) and/or services come into her physical possession, using  the attached model return form ( downloading the Withdrawal- return Form) or making any other unequivocal statement setting out his decision to withdraw from the contract. Upon  this consumer notification, Pro Ideas Trade SRL will provide it with a Return Authorization Number (AR No.), which will need to be mentioned on the AWB of the package to be delivered by the consumer. Parcels that do not have a return authorization number on the AWB are not accepted.; (ii) to ensure that the product(s) that made reference will be returned before the withdrawal  of 14 days has expired.; (iii) to ensure that the returned products must be in the same condition as he/she received them, in the original packaging (including the protecting foil or the seal, if any, ex. earrings, hair accessories – for health protection and hygiene reasons), with all related accessories, without any sign of wearing, impact or dirt, change or consumption, in case of both products and accessories (boxes, additional packaging), with undamaged labels and tags and all original documents accompanying them (e.g. instruction for use, authenticity certificate, the invoice, etc.); (iv) to be responsible for the direct costs of returning and handling, the risk of returning the product(s) to us as well as duties and/or taxes, where is applicable (e.g.  for international orders);  (v) each delivery containing returned product(s) will include return information, in the form attached here to as Return Form which contain data regarding the Customer, the number of order/invoice, the account and the bank for the imbursement of the amount of the product (less shipping charges and custom duties, where applicable); (vi) to be liable for diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods; (vi) to ensure that the return  conditions are complied according provisions of Return Policy and Terms and Conditions of this Website. Note that the law in force allows to make a partial refund where the value of goods has if the value of the goods has been diminished as a result of a consumer manipulation that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the products.

(5) Glass Ideas reserves the right to not accept the return packages fee is charged to the recipient (Pro Ideas Trade SRL) or using C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) service. Please bear in mind that, in this case, we may charge you any costs incurred in such return.

 (6) Glass Ideas may refuse returned products from its customers and therefore the refund, if the return falls into one of the cases provided here, without the latter to claim any other penalty clause/indemnity or damages or compensation: (i) if the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal has expired, exceeding the period of 14 days, calculated from working day following the date on which the product(s) are received; (ii) the returned product was received by GlassIdeas once the  period of 14 days has expired; (iii) the product(s)  is not returned in the same condition it was delivered (in original packaging with all labels and all documents accompanying him and/or sealed product(s) without been unsealed by the Consumer e.g. earrings, hair accesories); (iv) the package send by Customer  not contain all the products notificated to be returned or all accesoires of all products; (v) the parcels contain products that were damaged during transportat due inadequate packaging or the parcel did not arrive at GlassIdeas, for GlassIdeas' impenetrable causes; (vi) the return conditions are not complied according Return Policy,  the provisions of Terms and Conditions and of law in force.

(7) The Customer / User  will not be able to return the purchased products and / or claim any other damages / damages in the case of replacement of the product purchased with another product with other specifications or a different type for which the consumer has expressed his or her consent in this sense.

(8) Are exempted from  the  withdrawal right from the contract(agreement) the following products and services, according law in force:

The consumer cannot withdraw from  certain contracts:

a) contracts for services, after full provision of the service, but only if: a. fulfilment has commenced with the explicit prior consent of the consumer; and b. the consumer has stated that he will forfeit his right of withdrawal as soon as the trader has completely fulfilled the contract; b) products or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations on the financial market over which the trader has no influence and which can occur within the period of withdrawal; c) products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, which are not prefabricated and which are made based on the consumer's individual choice or decision, or which are clearly intended for a specific person; In this situation, are GlassIdeas products and/or services which are marked on each product page with the specification "Made to order" or those product(s)/services requested by email or via the contact form or online chat as special orders. These products and/or services are not in the GlassIdeas stock and can only be manufactured/delivered on the basis of a firm order and full payment of amount of the respective order. We cannot offer returns on  product(s) and/or services(s) “Custom Made” or “Made to order” orders.;d) products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; e) sealed products which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery (have been unsealed by the buyer), example- earrings, hair accessories, etc;f) products that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery;g) the delivery of digital content other than on a tangible medium, but only if: a. fulfilment has commenced with the explicit prior consent of the consumer; and b. the consumer has stated that he thereby forfeits his right of withdrawal.

(9) The products listed in paragraph (8) of this chapter may be returned only if they cumulatively comply with the following conditions: (a) it is found that the product is defective, damaged during transport, has defects (see also chapter 4, 5, 12, 15 of these Terms and Conditions) , was delivered incorrectly; (b) has been notified by the customer, within 24 hours of the buyer's physical possession of the product, attaching photographs to support this situation. If these conditions have been met cumulatively, the return, shipping and product costs will be borne by GlassIdeas.

Effects of  withdrawal

(10) Upon receipt, the package will be subject of quality control and quantity of returned products and checked for compliance with the return requirements, above mentioned; after this procedure, we will inform of your right to refund (if any). In the case you have not respected all return requirements and the provisions of these termes and Conditions regarding return, we will advise you by email whay we cannot approve your return.  If GlassIdeas find that you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you will liable for the diminished value of the goods. In this case, we may withhold an amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods.

 (11)If all return conditions are met and your refund is approved, Glass Ideas shall refund the equivalent value of the returned products (less shipping charges) within no more 14 calendaristic days after the day the produc)s) was received by GlassIdeas; also the proper return invoice is issued.  The reimbursement will be made by bank transfer, in a account indicated by the Customer/Use on the return form sent in parcel or by email; also the proper return invoice is issued. Please note that we cannot influence the transaction time of the third party payment provider (e.g. Visa, Paypal, etc.). The reimbursement will be made  in the account indicated by the Customer by email or in Return Form. If you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please contact your bank/credit card company first. There is often a long processing time before a refund is posted. After doing the above and the credit has still not be applied to your account then please contact us. When you return goods In case of international returns), please mark your parcel as "Returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

(12) GlassIdeas accept no liability for any situations where the package containing returned product(s) delivered by the Customer/User is lost or damaged during shipping for returns or every extra cost that may occur during shipping for returns; Glass Ideas not accept returned products which have defects or damaged resulting from handling during shipping to return from its customers to GlassIdeas. GlassIdeas recommends that you: (i) use a recorded delivery service that offers shipment tracking for your return and (ii) retain a proof of delivery until your refund has been processed and (iii) either insure your package for safe return to Glass Ideas or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are full protected if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that you securely repackage any product prior to returning it to us.

(13) Returns of defective product, damaged products or product(s) incorrectly delivered/invoiced

First of all, please accept our sincerest apology!

The Customer  must check whether the products represented in the invoice are in line with the ordered and delivered products and the condition of products immediately after their taking-over. If there are discrepancies or problems with order (e.g. defective product, damaged product, product(s) incorrectly delivered/invoiced quantitative deficiencies) you shall give us a written notification of the situation by email to proideastrade@yahoo.com  and attaching photographic evidences within 24 hours of the date on which the product(s) is (are) received.  If the Customer fails to notify (writing, accompanied with photos) the defects/deficiencies of the received products/services or quantitative losses within the deadline (within 24 hours of the date on which the product(s) is (are) received ) mentioned above and under the method provided in the Terms and Conditions, the Customer/User loses the right to invoke them, and the products/services shall be considered as delivered properly. In the rare case where the products are faulty or damaged, please return the product in 14 calendar days after the day which was reported this above mentioned notification,  and we will either deliver to you a new product(s) with payment or refund the difference if the price of product differ or a full refund (the cost of the product and the delivery cost and the return cost). Customer/User will not claim any other penalty clause/indemnity in case a product is replaced with a other product(s) that has other specifications or is of a different type.

 (14) Damaged parcel(s). In case that the packages present  shows signs of damage, rupture or perforation, the Customer must inform the Courier and notify these situation writing and making photographic evidence ( required by carrier company) for proving that package has been damaged during transit.  Glass Ideas not accept any claims related these situations unless they are stated on the courier company documentation. Also, please send us a notification by email at proideastrade@yahoo.com, immediately or within 24 hours of the date on which the product(s) is (are) received. If the Customer/User fails to notify (writing, accompanied with photos) the defects/deficiencies of the damaged parcel(s)received within the deadline (within 24 hours of the date on which the parcel(s) is (are) received ) mentioned above and under the method provided in these Termes and Conditions, the Customer/User it loses the right to invoke them, and the products/services shall be considered as delivered properly. Once we have verified this situation, we will either deliver a replacement to you, the delivery cost being supported by us or a full refund (the cost of the product and the delivery cost), at you discretion.

 (15) Lost parcels. In the rare case where the Customer not receive the ordered produc(s) in the estimated time of the date of delivery from Glass Ideas), the Customer/User must inform us about this situation at proideastrade@yahoo.com or via Contact Us LINK. Once we have verified this situation, we will either deliver a replacement to you, the delivery cost being supported by us or a full refund (the cost of the product and the delivery cost).
